Three Milk Cake No Oven

  • 6 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, for the cake (375 ml)
  • 2/3 cups vegetable oil, for the cake (165 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, for the cake (190 g)
  • 3 cups flour, for the cake (375 g)
  • 1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder, 100 g (use 8 g)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the cake (10 ml)
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the three milks (250 ml)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the three milks (250 ml)
  • 1 cup milk, for the three milks (250 ml)
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • canned peaches, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Blend the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, and Rexal® Baking Powder until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a cake pan lined with parchment paper, pour the previous mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Cook in a pot in a water bath over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes. Let it cool and set aside.
  • For the three milks, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and milk in a bowl.
  • Place the cake on a tray with a rack, use a toothpick to make holes and gradually pour the milk with a ladle until it is completely absorbed. Let it cool.
  • Decorate with strawberries, peach, and mint.
