Three Milk Cake with Duvalín

  • 9 eggs, for the cake
  • 3 cups milk, for the cake
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 1 cup sugar, for the cake
  • 5 1/2 cups pancake mix, for the cake
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the vanilla cake
  • 1/4 cups chocolate syrup, for the chocolate cake
  • 1/4 cups strawberry syrup, for the strawberry cake
  • 1 cup milk, for the 3 milks
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the 3 milks
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the 3 milks
  • 1 cup Duvalín hazelnut frosting
  • 1 cup Duvalín strawberry frosting
  • 1 cup Duvalín vanilla frosting

  • 1/4 cups strawberry syrup, for the frosting
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the frosting

  • Place the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, pancake flour, and baking powder in a blender. Blend everything for 5 minutes or until completely integrated.
  • Divide the previously blended mixture into three bowls. In one of them add the vanilla and mix with a whisk, then add the chocolate syrup to the second and mix with the whisk until fully integrated; finally, add the strawberry syrup to the third and mix with a whisk until fully integrated. Set aside.
  • Pour each of the mixtures into three previously greased and floured molds, baking the three flavors separately. Bake at 180 °C for 30 min. Cool.
  • Mix the milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Place the chocolate cake on a base and fill with the 3 creams of Duvalín in a spiral pattern.
  • Place the strawberry cake and fill again with the 3 creams of Duvalín.
  • Finally, place the vanilla cake and cover the entire cake with whipped cream; if necessary, apply a double layer.
  • Freeze the three milk cake with Duvalín for 15 minutes to firm it up.
  • While the cake is freezing, prepare the strawberry sauce by mixing the condensed milk with the strawberry syrup.
  • Decorate the three milk cake with chocolate ganache, strawberry syrup, strawberries, and grated chocolate.
