Three Milk Cake with Pancake Flour

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a mold.
  • Blend the oil, vanilla, pancake flour, baking powder, eggs, and 1/2 can of evaporated milk. Once everything is well blended, pour into the mold and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Once done, remove and let cool.
  • Pour the remaining evaporated milk, cream, and condensed milk into a bowl, and mix well. Unmold the cake and use a fork to make small holes, then pour the three milk mixture over it and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
