Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a mold. Blend the oil, vanilla, pancake flour, baking powder, eggs, and 1/2 can of evaporated milk. Once everything is well blended, pour into the mold and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Once done, remove and let cool.
