250 grams sugar

10 milliliters liquid vanilla
50 milliliters unsalted butter , clarified
150 grams pastry cream
200 grams canned fruit coktail
1 liter vanilla cream, rich

We beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. We add the sugar.
We incorporate the Yolks, Flour, and Baking Powder. Finally, we add the clarified butter and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
For the decoration: We use rich cream and whip it. We decorate with ganache and tropical fruits.
For the soaking: We mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half cream, with a splash of white rum.
