We beat the whites to the point of snow. We add the sugar.
We incorporate the Yolks, Flour and the Royal. Finally add the clarified butter and bake at 180 ° for 20 min.
For the decoration: We use the rich cream and we beat it. We decorate with ganache and tropical fruits.
For the envinado: We mix condensed milk, evaporated and half cream, with a touch of white rum.
