  • 10 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 10 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 50 milliliters unsalted butter , clarified
  • 150 grams pastry cream
  • 200 grams canned fruit coktail
  • 1 liter vanilla cream, rich

  • We beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. We add the sugar.
  • We incorporate the Yolks, Flour, and Baking Powder. Finally, we add the clarified butter and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
  • For the decoration: We use rich cream and whip it. We decorate with ganache and tropical fruits.
  • For the soaking: We mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half cream, with a splash of white rum.
