Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 egg whites
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons royal baking powder
  • 10 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 50 milliliters butter, clarified
  • 150 grams custard cream
  • 200 grams fruit in syrup
  • 1 liter vanilla cream, rich

Preparation

We beat the whites to the point of snow. We add the sugar.
We incorporate the Yolks, Flour and the Royal. Finally add the clarified butter and bake at 180 ° for 20 min.
For the decoration: We use the rich cream and we beat it. We decorate with ganache and tropical fruits.
For the envinado: We mix condensed milk, evaporated and half cream, with a touch of white rum.

PRESENTATION

It is mounted with a strawberry or fruit sauce of your liking.

TIPS

Wet the cake well to expand the wrap. The pastry cream goes in every 3rd part of the sponge cake with the fruits in syrup.
