Three Milk Chocolate Cake

Try this classic three milk chocolate cake recipe, but in a skillet and without the need to use the oven. You will see that it is super easy to make this cake thanks to the Jade Cook® skillet, which will prevent sticking and cook it to perfection.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream, hot
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • walnuts, finely chopped, for decoration
  • strawberries, quartered, for decoration

  • Blend the eggs with the milk, oil, sugar, pancake flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla for 5 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous consistency.
  • In a Jade Smart by Jade Cook® skillet, pour the cake mixture until halfway up the skillet and cook on very low heat for 45 minutes with a lid. Remove from the Jade Smart by Jade Cook® skillet and place on a rack to cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the whole milk with the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Set aside.
  • For the topping: Mix the chocolate with the hot whipping cream in a bowl. Stir until the chocolate is dissolved and then add the butter, which will help give it more shine. Set aside.
  • Place your cake on a flat plate and gradually soak it with a ladle of the three milk mixture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Cover your cake with the chocolate topping, smooth it out with a spatula, and sprinkle with walnuts; finally, decorate with strawberries.
