Ingredients: 6 eggs; 1 1/2 cups whole milk; 2/3 cups whipping cream; 1 cup sugar; 2 1/2 cups pancake mix; 1/2 cups cocoa powder; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 2 teaspoons vanilla essence; 1 cup whole milk; 1 cup condensed milk; 1 cup evaporated milk; 2 cups dark chocolate, finely chopped; 1 cup whipping cream, hot; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; walnuts, finely chopped, for decoration; strawberries, quartered, for decoration

Blend the eggs with the milk, oil, sugar, pancake flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla for 5 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. In a Jade Smart by Jade Cook® skillet, pour the cake mixture until halfway up the skillet and cook on very low heat for 45 minutes with a lid. Remove from the Jade Smart by Jade Cook® skillet and place on a rack to cool.
