Tiramisu Cocktail

This classic tiramisu recipe is very easy to prepare and ideal for a cocktail due to its individual presentation in cups.

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 250 grams semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cups chocolate syrup
  • 1 package nutty finger, 16 cookies
  • 1 cup coffee, freshly brewed americano

  • In a food processor, process the chocolate chips with the cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until thick and stiff peaks form.
  • Then beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and chocolate syrup until creamy. Add the whipped cream and mix.
  • Prepare the 8 cups in which you will serve the dessert.
  • Dip 2 cookies in the coffee and place them in the cup. Then add a layer of whipped cream and a layer of the chocolate-cinnamon mixture, and repeat until the cup is full. Make all the cups.
  • Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
