50 grams peanuts
50 grams añejo cheese
2 piloncillos
3 cloves
1 piece onion
1 sprig cinnamon
1 liter water

Toast the slices of bread and layer them in a dish, adding raisins, peanuts, and small pieces of sliced cheese.
Meanwhile, place in a pot the water, piloncillo, cinnamon, cloves, and the green onion stem. Let it boil until the piloncillo dissolves.
Soak the bread with the piloncillo syrup and let it sit for a while.
