  • 50 grams peanut

  • 2 piloncillos
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 branch cinnamon
  • 1 liter Water

Preparation

Brown the slices of bread and place them in a layered bowl, placing raisins, peanuts and small pieces of sliced ​​cheese.
While placing the water, piloncillo, cinnamon, cloves and onion chop in a pot. Let it boil until the piloncillo dissolves.
Bathe the bread with the brown sugar and let it rest for a while.

PRESENTATION

It is served in clay pots with more sprinkled cheese.

TIPS
