4 cups cow's milk
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 stick cinnamon
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, boil with cinnamon and sugar; let it cool and remove the cinnamon.
When the milk is cold, add the yolks and mix everything with a whisk.
Pour into individual ramekins. Place the ramekins on a tray with water for a bain-marie.
Bake everything until set and golden.
