4 cups cow's milk
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 stick cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
Dissolve corn starch in milk, boil with cinnamon and sugar; let cool and remove the cinnamon.
When the milk is cold, add the yolks and mix everything with a grinder.
Empty in individual refractory molds. Place the molds on a treat with water in a bain-marie.
Bake everything until it weighs and browns.
