1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix the sugar with the vinegar and vanilla
Place the egg whites in a bowl, ensuring no yolk is mixed in, and pour in the previous mixture.
Beat with the mixer until a stiff and consistent mixture forms.
Place small amounts on a baking sheet lined with wax paper, using a teaspoon. Put in the oven for about 25 minutes.
