Tricolor Fruit and Vanilla Gelatin

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 package D'Gari® lime gelatin
  • 11/2 cups grapes, cut in half
  • 8 cups cow's milk
  • 1 package D´Gari® milk jelly vanilla flavor
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 package D´Gari® raspberry gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, cut into quarters

  • Heat water in a small pot over high heat, when it begins to boil lower the heat, gradually add the gelatin while mixing perfectly and let it cook for 1 minute without stopping to stir. Repeat this procedure for each flavor of water gelatin.
  • Heat milk in a small pot over high heat, when it begins to boil lower the heat, gradually add the gelatin while mixing perfectly and let it cook for 1 minute without stopping to stir.
  • Pour the lemon gelatin into the mold and add the grapes cut in half. Place in the refrigerator to set for as long as necessary.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator and add the vanilla gelatin. Return to the refrigerator until set.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator and add the red fruit gelatin, distributing the red fruits. Refrigerate until well set.
  • Take the mold out of the refrigerator and unmold the gelatin onto a base or platter.
