With the help of a blender , beat the margarine, sugar, salt, vanilla and water until they mix well. Add the flour and beat until they are well incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips and cover the dough to put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and make balls of good size. Place them in a tray on waxed paper and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the 340 grams of chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave. Let it cool to room temperature. Remove the dough balls from the freezer.
With the help of two forks, submerge each ball over the melted chocolate and remove the excess chocolate.
When you finish mounting all the balls again on the tray, put it back into the refrigerator for 20 more minutes.
