  • Melt the chewy caramel in a double boiler, let it cool a bit, and form small balls that will be the body of the turtle.
  • Add 5 nuts to the balls to simulate the turtle's legs and head. Let the chewy caramel cool completely.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  • Dip the turtles in the chocolate and let them dry on wax paper. You can refrigerate them a bit to speed up the process.
