Two Chocolates Brownies

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter flavor spray
  • 150 grams margarine, reduced fat
  • 90 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, for cooking
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 100 grams nut , chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams whipping cream
  • 90 grams white chocolate
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Place the chocolate and margarine in a bowl and heat over low heat until melted, stirring continuously, and set aside.
  • Add to the mixture the sifted flour and baking powder, the sugar substitute, vanilla, and nuts. Mix slowly with a whisk, incorporating the eggs one by one until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Pour into a square mold previously sprayed with 4 shots of PAM® Butter.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until slightly crispy on the surface and tender on the inside. Cool and set aside.
