PAM helps you control the amount of fat when cooking your dishes. By preparing this recipe with PAM, your dish will have 30% fewer calories, 23% less fat, and 37% less cholesterol than if you had prepared it with conventional liquid oil.
Place the chocolate and margarine in a bowl and heat over low heat until melted, stirring continuously, and set aside.
Add to the mixture the sifted flour and baking powder, the sugar substitute, vanilla, and nuts. Mix slowly with a whisk, incorporating the eggs one by one until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour into a square mold previously sprayed with 4 shots of PAM® Butter.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until slightly crispy on the surface and tender on the inside. Cool and set aside.
