Two Ingredient Maple Souffle

  • 1/3 cups maple syrup, pure

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • In a bowl mix the yolks and maple until they are incorporated.
  • In another bowl beat the whites until soft peaks form, once that happens add the mixture of the yolks and the maple in an enveloping way.
  • Pour the mixture into 4 souffle molds and place them on a baking sheet, then put them in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 190 degrees Celsius. Bake for 10 minutes or until puffed.
