These are traditional vanilla cupcakes but with a unique flavor since they are homemade.

2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs
250 grams butter, or margarine
1 cup vanilla essence
2 cups cow's milk

Preheat the oven to 220° C. In a bowl, sift the flour and set aside.
Stir the butter at room temperature with the egg and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Mix until there are no lumps. Grease a tray for 24 cupcakes.
Place cupcake liners in each of the cupcake molds. Fill the molds with the batter. (Only fill to 3/4 of their capacity)
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Once baked well, remove and let cool.
