Vanilla Flan

A simple yet delicious dessert, this vanilla flan is prepared in just one hour, and it is very economical.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk, large
  • 1 can evaporated milk, large
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 250 grams cream cheese

  • In an aluminum mold, put half a cup of sugar and heat it to make caramel. Once the caramel is ready, carefully spread it all over the mold and set aside.
  • In a blender, add the other ingredients and blend perfectly. Once this is done, pour into the mold.
  • Cover the mold with aluminum foil and cook in a water bath on the stove grill for approximately one hour over medium-low heat.
