  • Preparation of the caramel: put the sugar and 3 tablespoons of water in a pot, stir constantly so that it does not stick or burn, when it turns golden, pour the caramel into the mold where you will make the flan.
  • Preparation of the flan: in a container add the warm milk with the sugar, mix until the sugar dissolves, then add the eggs and the vanilla, mix, pour into the tray with the caramel.
  • Cook the flan in a water bath. Once ready, turn off the heat and let cool where you did it.
