In an aluminum mold, put half a cup of sugar and heat it to make caramel. Once the caramel is ready, carefully spread it all over the mold and set aside.
In a blender, add the other ingredients and blend perfectly. Once this is done, pour into the mold.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and cook in a water bath on the stove grill for approximately one hour over medium-low heat.
