A simple but delicious dessert, this vanilla custard is prepared in just one hour, and is very economical.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk, big
  • 1 can evaporated milk, big
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the candy
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 250 grams cream cheese

Preparation

In an aluminum mold put the half cup of sugar and bring to the fire, to make the candy, once the candy is ready, carefully spread all over the mold and set aside.
In the blender add the other ingredients and liquefy perfectly, once you have done this, empty it into the mold.
Cover the mold with aluminum and cook in a bain-marie on the grill of the stove for about an hour over medium low heat.

PRESENTATION

It should be cold-rolled and refrigerated for at least two hours.

TIPS

The cream cheese is to be more creamy, but if you want, it is not put and so you save more.
