This yoghurt ice cream is a great accompaniment to a dessert. You can prepare it with pure dairy-free ingredients to make it healthier.

2 1/2 cups yogurt, of vanilla, optional: yoghurt without dairy
1 cup almond milk, or normal milk
1/2 cups coconut milk, With fat
1/4 cups sugar, or agave honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is incorporated. Try and add more sugar if necessary.
Place the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and freeze according to the instructions of your ice cream machine.
