This yogurt ice cream is a great accompaniment for a dessert. You can prepare it with all dairy-free ingredients to make it healthier.

2 1/2 cups yogurt, vanilla, optional: dairy-free yogurt
1 cup almond milk, or regular milk
1/2 cups coconut milk, with fat
1/4 cups sugar , or agave honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is combined. Taste and add more sugar if necessary.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
