Vegan Chocolate Tart

You won't believe how easy it is to prepare this delicious vegan chocolate tart. It's healthy as it contains no refined sugar or animal products, and the best part is that it's made without an oven. Its intense chocolate flavor combined with red fruits is spectacular.

  • 1 cup pitted dates, for the base
  • 1/3 cups coconut oil, melted, for the base
  • 1/2 cups cocoa, for the base
  • 1/4 cups raisins, for the base
  • 1/4 cups pistachios, for the base
  • 2 cups almond powder, for the base
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream, for the filling
  • 2 cups almond milk, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups pitted dates, for the filling
  • 2/3 cups coconut sugar, for the filling
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder, for the filling
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated and melted, for the filling
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the filling
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the filling
  • strawberries, for decorating
  • raspberries, for decorating
  • blackberries, for decorating
  • blueberries, for decorating
  • almonds, chopped for decorating

  • For the base, process all the ingredients until you have a dough.
  • Pour into a baking dish or tart pan with a diameter of 23 cm and use a spatula to spread it out to form a base. Refrigerate.
  • Blend all the ingredients for the filling and pour the mixture into the baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
  • Decorate with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and almonds.
