Add the dates, almonds, cocoa, agave syrup, and orange juice to the food processor, and process for 3 minutes until a dough forms.
Place the dough in a bowl and add the melted chocolate and orange zest, mix until the ingredients are combined, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until the mixture thickens.
On a cutting board and with the help of a spoon, form balls of approximately 10 grams. Coat the truffles with cocoa powder.
