Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Prepare this fast recipe of vegan chocolate truffles, these small desserts are very easy to prepare and also healthy. These truffles are prepared with dates that will give you the perfect sweetness and the almonds roasted with cocoa powder make the perfect combination.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of boneless date
  • 1 Cup of almond fillets and toasts
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa
  • 2 spoonfuls of agave honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup of bitter chocolate molten
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange zest
  • 1 Cup of cocoa to cover truffles

    Preparation

    Add the dates, almonds, cocoa, agave honey and orange juice to the processor, process 3 minutes until a mixture is formed.
    Place the masita in a bowl and add the melted chocolate and orange zest, mix until the ingredients are incorporated, cover with plastic and freeze until the mixture thickens.
    On a table and with the help of a chuchara, it forms pellets of approximately 10 grams. Cover the truffles with the cocoa powder.
    Serve truffles and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the truffles on a wooden board.

    TIPS

    Add the almonds when they are still warm or hot from the oven so that when it comes to processing they release the fat and help it to form a masita.
