Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Prepare this fast recipe of vegan chocolate truffles, these small bites are very easy to make and also healthy. These truffles are prepared with dates that will give you the perfect sweetness, and roasted the almonds with cocoa powder that make the perfect combination.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of boneless date
  • 1 Cup of almond copped and toasted
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa
  • 2 spoonfuls of agave honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup of bitter chocolate melted
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange zest
  • 1 Cup of cocoa to cover truffles

    Preparation

    In a food processor, crush the dates with the cocoa, the almonds, the agave syrup and the orange juice into a paste.
    Take the mix out of the food processor and add the orange zest. Add the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated. Freeze 10 min.
    Roll the mixture unto little balls and cover each of them with cocoa.
    Enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the truffles on a wooden board.

    TIPS

    Add the almonds when they are still warm or hot from the oven so that when it comes to processing them, they release their natural oil.
