Preparation
In a food processor, crush the dates with the cocoa, the almonds, the agave syrup and the orange juice into a paste.
Take the mix out of the food processor and add the orange zest. Add the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated. Freeze 10 min.
Roll the mixture unto little balls and cover each of them with cocoa.
Enjoy.
