Walnut Cake with Chocolate

A very quick cake to prepare that is made in the blender and covered in melted chocolate topped with whipped cream. It also tastes great with cream cheese frosting.

1 cup walnuts, peeled
4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons flour
150 grams semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon cow's milk
1/2 liters whipping cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 little box butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In the blender, blend the walnuts, eggs, condensed milk, and flour.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the milk and butter.
In another bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until it thickens.
Once the cake is ready and out of the oven, let it cool to room temperature.
Top with the melted chocolate and then with the whipped cream.
