Walnut Cake with Chocolate

A very quick cake to prepare that is made in the blender and covered in melted chocolate topped with whipped cream. It also tastes great with cream cheese frosting.

  • 1 cup walnuts, peeled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cow's milk
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 little box butter

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In the blender, blend the walnuts, eggs, condensed milk, and flour.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the milk and butter.
  • In another bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until it thickens.
  • Once the cake is ready and out of the oven, let it cool to room temperature.
  • Top with the melted chocolate and then with the whipped cream.
