A very quick cake to prepare that is made in the blender and bathed in melted chocolate covered with whipped cream. It is also very good with a cream cheese bitumen.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup walnut, peeled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 little box butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 c.
In the blender, liquefy nuts, eggs, condensed milk and flour.
Put the mixture in a previously greased cake refractory.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a bain-marie with milk and butter.
In another bowl, beat the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla until it hardens.
When the cake is ready, come out of the oven, let it cool to room temperature.
Top with the melted chocolate and then with the whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

If desired, you can slice the cake in two and put whipped cream in the middle.

TIPS

For the whipped cream to have a good consistency, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes before using it.
