Watermelon Granita with Coconut Cream and Cardamom

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • peppermint, to decorate
  • shredded coconut, to decorate

  • Place the watermelon in a resealable bag and freeze.
  • In a pot over low heat heat the water with the sugar over low heat and add the lemon juice to a syrup, let it cool. And reserve.
  • For the coconut cream, beat the cream to beat with the coconut cream and cardamom until it forms peaks, place the cream in a sleeve with duya and reserve.
