Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate
  • to taste grated coconut, to decorate

Preparation

Place the watermelon in a resealable bag and freeze.
In a pot over low heat heat the water with the sugar over low heat and add the lemon juice to a syrup, let it cool. And reserve.
For the coconut cream, beat the cream to beat with the coconut cream and cardamom until it forms peaks, place the cream in a sleeve with duya and reserve.
In a blender add the watermelon and syrup and liquefy in frappé function, until you get a granita.
Place the granita in a glass, add the coconut cream and decorate with grated coconut and mint.
