3 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
1/2 cups water
3/4 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cups coconut cream
1 pinch cardamom
peppermint, for garnish
shredded coconut, for garnish

Place the watermelon in a resealable bag and freeze.
In a small pot over low heat, heat the water with the sugar and add the lemon juice, cooking until a syrup is formed. Let it cool and set aside.
For the coconut cream, whip the heavy cream with the coconut cream and cardamom until peaks form, then place the cream in a piping bag and set aside.
In a blender, add the watermelon and syrup, and blend on frappé mode until a slushie is achieved.
Place the slushie in a glass, add the coconut cream, and garnish with shredded coconut and mint.
