We beat the butter with the sugar and honey until creamy. We add the egg and beat again.
We add both flours, the baking powder, and the wheat bran. We knead well until we achieve a uniform, smooth, and non-sticky dough. We form a ball with the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
After the time has passed, we roll out the dough and cut it with the cookie cutter we like best. We place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at 180º for 12 minutes or until you see that the edges start to brown.
Once done, let them cool on a wire rack.
