Preparation
Beat butter with sugar and honey until creamy. We add the egg and we beat again.
We add the two flours, the yeast and the wheat bran. Knead well until you get a uniform, smooth and not sticky dough. We make a ball with the dough, wrap it in cling film and take it to the refrigerator 45 min.
After the time we stretch the dough and cut with the cortapastas that we like. We put the cookies on the cookie sheet with non-stick paper and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes or until you see that the edges begin to brown.
Once done let them cool on a rack.
