Whipped Cream

This cream with fresh cream has a creative twist on traditional whipped cream. Use the cream for all recipes that call for whipped cream.

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • Separately, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • With a spatula, fold both creams together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
