White Cake with Fresh Fruits

This recipe is a delicious cake to enjoy a very good dessert with your whole family. Both children and adults will love it, so don't take too long to try it or someone else might beat you to it.

  • 1 box cake mix, prepared for white cake
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk, or water
  • 1 fresh cream, for whipping
  • 1 cup sugar, powdered or granulated
  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla
  • 1/2 cups blackberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh
  • 3 strawberries, large fresh
  • leaves peppermint, leaves for decoration

  • Follow the cake preparation instructions and bake. When ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
  • To prepare the whipped cream, it is important to place the fresh cream in the freezer for 15 minutes along with the bowl for the whisk.
  • When they are well chilled, take them out of the freezer, open the cream container and add the contents to the cold bowl.
  • Beat at high speed until the amount doubles for a few minutes.
  • Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the sugar, combining it well.
  • Finally, add the vanilla and beat for one more minute.
  • Unmold the cake and place it on a platter, cover the cake with the cream and decorate with fresh fruits.
  • Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
