1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/2 cups cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2/3 cups maple syrup
3/4 cups almond milk
1/3 cups coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease and flour the cupcake molds.
In a bowl, sift and mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, instant coffee, and salt. Set aside.
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
In a food processor, place the avocado, honey, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Process until a puree-like consistency forms.
Combine the mixture with the dry ingredients and chocolate chips using a spatula until it is a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased cupcake molds.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 20 minutes.
