Yoghurt Christmas Gelatin

  • 1/2 envelopes lime gelatin, light
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1/2 envelopes pineapple gelatin, light
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 3 cups light yogurt
  • 1 cup light milk
  • 1/2 cups artificial sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder

  • Dissolve the light lemon-flavored gelatin in hot water. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Dissolve the light pineapple-flavored gelatin in hot water. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Blend the low-calorie yoghurt with the low-calorie milk, the sugar substitute, vanilla essence, and gelatin.
  • Pour ¼ of the yoghurt gelatin into a 23 cm diameter mold. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
  • Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the center and remove the milk gelatin to leave the space. Repeat with a tree-shaped cutter. Pour the pineapple-flavored gelatin into the star space and the lemon-flavored gelatin into the trees. Refrigerate until set.
  • Pour the rest of the yoghurt gelatin and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set. Unmold and serve.
