Yoghurt Christmas Gelatin

If you want to lose weight this Christmas, prepare this Yoghurt Christmas Gelatin. A delicious cold dessert very easy to make. You can cook the flavor you like the most and use the Christmas cookie molds for the gelatin decorations.

For this Yoghurt Christmas Gelatin you will not have to count calories since it is prepared with yoghurt low in fat and instead of sugar it has sugar substitute. This healthy recipe is the ideal dessert to share with your family the next Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 on of Lemon Jelly Light
  • 2 cups of Water hot
  • 1/2 on of jelly of pineapple Light
  • 2 cups of Water hot
  • 3 cups of light yoghurt
  • 1 Cup of milk light
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 6 envelopes of grenetina

    Preparation

    Dissolve light lemon flavor gelatin in hot water. Let cool and reserve.
    Dissolves pineapple light gelatin in hot water. Let cool and reserve.
    Blend low-calorie yoghurt with low-calorie milk, sugar substitute, vanilla essence and greens.
    Pour ¼ of the yoghurt jelly into a mold of 23 cm diameter. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
    With the help of a cookie cutter in the shape of a star, cut the center and remove the milk jelly so that the space remains. Repeat with a cutter in the form of small trees. Poured into the star space the jelly pineapple flavor and in the trees, the lemon flavor gelatin. Refrigerate until set.
    Pour the rest of the yoghurt jelly and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set. Desmolda and serves.

    TIPS

    You can use any Christmas mold using the same technique. Remember that the yoghurt is very acidic therefore it will take time to set.
