Yoghurt Ice Cream with Lemon Pie

  • Grind the vanilla cookie in a food processor until it becomes a powder, then add the cold Yoplait SKYR Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, light condensed milk, and vanilla extract and mix everything together.
  • Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with crushed cookie, cookie crumbs, and lemon slices. Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Serve and decorate with lemon slices and cookie crumbs.
