In a pot over medium heat, place the yogurt with the cream and mix with a spoon until combined.
Hydrate the gelatin in water at room temperature and let it sit for a few minutes until it sets.
Add the sugar to the yogurt and cream mixture until dissolved.
Dissolve the already hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the yogurt mixture and mix until combined.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into small containers to share or your preferred one and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
For the jam topping, in the blender add the selected jam in small pieces and add a bit of water and blend just to mash the fruit, so it becomes like pulp.
Pour the jam into a small pot over low heat
Add the sugar gradually until it turns into caramel.
Set aside and refrigerate.
