Yogurt and Grape Jelly

This recipe is for preparing a tasty Yogurt and Grape Jelly on a delicious base made of Cookies and Butter, very similar to a Pie crust.

  • 170 grams gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package cookies
  • 1 stick butter

  • In a bowl, beat the butter and add the cookie until a dough forms.
  • It is placed in a pie mold and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
  • Then, prepare the jelly in 1 and a half cups of water and let it cool.
  • When it is warm, put it in the blender with the natural yogurt and cream. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, pour it into the pie mold and refrigerate until set, and garnish with grapes.
