This recipe is for preparing a tasty Yogurt and Grape Jelly on a delicious base made of Cookies and Butter, very similar to a Pie crust.

170 grams gelatin
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup yogurt
1 cup whipped cream
1 package cookies
1 stick butter

In a bowl, beat the butter and add the cookie until a dough forms.
It is placed in a pie mold and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
Then, prepare the jelly in 1 and a half cups of water and let it cool.
When it is warm, put it in the blender with the natural yogurt and cream. Blend until smooth.
Next, pour it into the pie mold and refrigerate until set, and garnish with grapes.
