Yogurt Cups with Almonds and Berries

Try these Greek yogurt snacks with almonds and berries, perfect to always have at home, as you can keep them frozen. They are also very simple and quick to make.

  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, natural
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • almonds, whole, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups blueberries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, in halves, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, in cubes, for decoration
  • peppermint, leaves, for decoration

  • Chop the almonds into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt with honey, ground ginger, and lemon zest until fully combined.
  • In a flexible ice cube tray (it can also be a muffin tray), place a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture, arrange the chopped almonds so they are in the middle, and fill with the mixture. Place a whole almond, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries to taste, they should not all be the same. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer, unmold, decorate with more whole almonds and mint leaves. Consume as a snack.
