The creaminess of Holanda® yogurt ice cream with blackberry will make this jelly an explosion of textures on your palate, due to the smoothness and acidity of the berry sauce. You will prepare it in no time, and your family will love it.
2 cups Helado Holanda® ice cream yogurt flavor with blackberry
2 cups mixed berries, frozen, for the sauce
5 tablespoons sugar, for the sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice, for the sauce

Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and let it rest until it forms a gel.
Heat yogurt, milk, and Holanda® Yogurt with Blackberry Ice Cream along with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pot over low heat until the ingredients dissolve.
Add the liquid gelatin and continue cooking until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into 4 previously greased molds and refrigerate until set.
For the sauce, cook the berries with the remaining sugar over medium heat until a light jam forms. Pour in the lemon juice, remove from heat, and let it cool slightly.
Unmold each jelly and serve with the berry sauce. Serve.
