If you want to enjoy a delicious and healthy dessert or snack, prepare these tasty cups of yogurt jelly with blackberry and strawberry with homemade strawberry and orange compote that makes a sensational combination.
1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1/4 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
10 strawberries, for decoration
orange peels, for decoration
spearmint, for decoration

For the blackberry jelly, in a bowl mix D’Gari® light blackberry yogurt gelatin with ½ liter of room temperature milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
Fill 1/3 of each cup with blackberry jelly and refrigerate until set.
Meanwhile, dissolve D’Gari® light strawberry milk gelatin with ½ liter of room temperature milk for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
Fill the cups leaving only ¼ of the cup empty and refrigerate until set.
For the compote, in a pot cook the strawberries with orange juice and honey until the strawberries break down. Cool.
Pour two to three tablespoons of compote into each cup and decorate with a whole strawberry, orange zest, and mint leaves.
