  • Sugar and Cream Meringue. Whip the sugar with the vegetable cream to medium peak, during whipping add the sugar in three parts to achieve meringue consistency.
  • Beat the cream cheese with the yogurt, and on the side, hydrate the gelatin in a cup of cold water. Mix the meringue with the yogurt and everything else gently, pour into a plastic bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Fresh Fruits Put the white wine in a pot with the kilo of sugar and heat until obtaining a syrup, pour the syrup into a large ziplock plastic bag with the chopped fruit and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Serving method. On a flat dessert plate, place enough mousse in the center and surround it with fresh fruit, decorate with a blackberry and raspberry on top, a mint leaf, and a rose petal.
