Yogurt Pancake

A delicious pancake / bun made using a small cup of yogurt as measures of the different ingredients. Very easy and fast to do. It is also delicious.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yogurt, of lemon
  • 1 vegetable oil, (measured with the yogurt cup)
  • 2 sugar, (measured with the yogurt cup)
  • 3 flour, (measured with the yogurt cup)
  • lime zest
  • 16 grams baking powder
  • butter, to grease the mold

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • In a bowl mix the 3 eggs with the yogurt. Add 2 cups of sugar, 1 glass of oil and mix well.
  • Add 3 sifted flour cups and the baking powder to the mixture. Mix until you have a homogeneous mass.
  • Spread the mold with margarine and sprinkle flour to avoid sticking the bun to it.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until chopped with a wooden stick in the center, it comes out clean.
