Cappuccino cream

Delicious dessert to close with a flourish an excellent meal, prepare this cream of cappuccino and accompany with the sweet bread of your choice.

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • chocolates, grated

  • Heat the milk with sugar and vanilla. Separate the fourth part and put it in another pot.
  • To the remaining milk add the coffee and the mixture to dissolve.
  • Add corn starch, vanilla and coffee to the mixtures and heat over low heat.
  • Pour the coffee mixture into each cup and vanilla at the end.
  • Sprinkle grated chocolate.
