Cucumber Martini

This recipe is my favorite, the cucumber martini is ideal for all kinds of occasions. If you like cucumber a lot, you will love this drink. Sprinkle some chili powder on top for a tangy / tangy flavor.

1 1/2 cups gin
1 cucumber, seedless and peeled diced (save 6 thin slices for garnish)
2 tablespoons vermouth
ice cubes, to taste

In a jug, mix the Gin and the cucumbers and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (it works best if this is done the night before.)
Transfer the mixture to the blender and then strain well to remove chunks of cucumber.
Put half of the Gin in the martini, 1 tablespoon of Vermouth and ice and shake.
Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients to make another 3 Martinis.
