Cucumber Martini

This recipe is my favorite, the cucumber martini is ideal for all kinds of occasions. If you like cucumber a lot, you will love this drink. Sprinkle some chili powder on top for a tangy / tangy flavor.

  • 1 1/2 cups gin
  • 1 cucumber, seedless and peeled diced (save 6 thin slices for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons vermouth
  • ice cubes, to taste

  • In a jug, mix the Gin and the cucumbers and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (it works best if this is done the night before.)
  • Transfer the mixture to the blender and then strain well to remove chunks of cucumber.
  • Put half of the Gin in the martini, 1 tablespoon of Vermouth and ice and shake.
  • Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients to make another 3 Martinis.
