Hot Chocolate with Mint

This rich hot chocolate is ideal for Christmas times.

  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 600 milliliters whole milk
  • 200 grams chocolate, in pieces
  • 6 peppermint, in canes
  • whipped creams, to decorate

  • Place the chocolate in a pot with the milk and cook over medium heat until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and add the whipping cream and mix.
  • Divide the hot chocolate in 6 cups, add a mint stick and serve.
