Almond coffee

Say good morning to this aromatic coffee with almond extract. An exquisite drink for cold days.

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, or piloncillo
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 5 cups instant coffee, hot
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, or liquid coffee cream

  • In a saucepan or small pot pour coffee cream or evaporated milk, almond extract and brown sugar or brown sugar. Leave on low heat, stir well and wait until it is hot.
  • Little by little incorporates liquid coffee into the pot, integrates everything. Leave the fire until it breaks the boil.
  • If you feel that it was too concentrated add more evaporated milk.
