Lemon Tea with Lemongrass

This delicious and aromatic tea will become one of your favorites. It has a perfectly harmonious combination: lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon tea, it is also great to combat nausea during pregnancy.

10 sprigs lemon tea, (lemon grass)
1 liter water
sugar, to taste or sweetener

Wash and disinfect lemons; Take out the seeds.
In a pot put a liter of water to boil.
Remove the zest from the two lemons and add it to the water.
Squeeze the lemons and add their juice to the water.
Add the lemon tea branches and bring to a boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar or sweetener you want.
Strain very well and serve warm.
